Location: Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering
Start Time: 6:00am
Days: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays: Double Pay

We're recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy local authority waste collection team based in Kettering.

• Working as part of a refuse collection crew
• Loading household and commercial waste onto collection vehicles
• Assisting the driver and crew to complete daily collection rounds
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Able to work as part of a team
• Previous refuse or outdoor labouring experience is beneficial but not essential

• ✅ £14.13 per hour
• ✅ Monday to Friday work – weekends free
• ✅ 6:00am starts
• ✅ Double pay on Bank Holidays
• ✅ Ongoing, full-time opportunity
• ✅ Weekly pay
