Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Lincolnshire & Worksop
Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Days & Nights)

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team.

You'll be working across a range of specialist mental health facilities, providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.

Pay & Benefits


  • £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • Previous experience within a mental health or healthcare setting


  • A valid and unrestricted NMC Pin


  • A current PMVA Certificate


  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care


  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver high-quality nursing care while promoting patients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing


  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans


  • Support patients in their recovery and encourage participation in therapeutic and rehabilitation activities


  • Administer medication safely in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies


  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and progress


  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
