Our client is a well-established main dealership in Litchfield and they are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake maintenance, servicing, and repair work on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Carry out all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer repair times to maximise productivity.
- Accurately record vehicle diagnostics, completed work, and parts used in line with manufacturer and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise professionally and effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Minimum Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and taking ownership of completed work.
