Job Title:             Business Development Manager – Conferences & Events
Salary:                 Up to £36,000 + bonus + benefits
Location:             Lancashire

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences & Events revenue across a high-profile hospitality venue.

You’ll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts
• Deliver a proactive C&E sales strategy
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
• Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
• Work closely with operations to maximise every opportunity

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success in proactive sales in events, venues or hospitality
• Strong commercial awareness and target focus
• Confident communicator and negotiator
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience with CRM systems
