What You'll Do

• Provide person-centred care and support with activities of daily living.
• Promote service users' dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with mobility and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in service users' condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Follow HSE policies, HIQA standards, infection prevention and control procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.

Essential Requirements

• Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Health Service Skills or Community Health Services.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Garda Vetting (or willingness to complete).
• Three satisfactory employment references.
• Current Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Full driving licence desirable.
