I am hiring on behalf of a luxury boutique hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary program and become the face of the restaurant operation.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary: $115,000–$125,000
  • Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus (paid quarterly)

About the Role

This is a highly visible culinary leadership position overseeing a dynamic food and beverage operation generating approximately $7M in annual revenue.

The Executive Chef will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and lead a culinary team of approximately 25 associates, overseeing:


  • Upscale signature restaurant featuring Southern-inspired cuisine with locally sourced ingredients
  • Coffee bar and provisions concept
  • Banquets
  • In-room dining

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the culinary team while creating a strong kitchen culture.
  • Drive exceptional food quality, creativity, and consistency.
  • Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining classic execution.
  • Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and operational standards.
  • Be a visible presence in the restaurant and engage with guests.
