Role: Part Time Service Administrator
Location: Portbury
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Pro Rata
Hours: Part time - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

We're looking for a Service Administrator to join a busy and growing Engineering business in Portbury.

This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a friendly, family-feel team.

The Role:

- Process service job cards
- Support engineer scheduling
- General service administration
- Update records using SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Assist with invoicing and service paperwork

What We\'re Looking For:

- Administration experience within Plant, Construction, Heavy Machinery, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural industries would be ideal but NOT essential. 
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced office
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and able to manage multiple tasks
