Head Chef – Luxury Resort

Location: Bermuda
Compensation: $100,000 USD + bonus & gratuities

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury resort in Bermuda seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and hands-on culinary leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, driving menu innovation, maintaining the highest culinary standards, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring strong financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations and culinary team management
• Develop seasonal menus, weekly specials, and innovative dining concepts
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Oversee food cost control, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and kitchen operations
• Collaborate with resort leadership to enhance the overall guest dining experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Previous experience within a 5-star hotel or Michelin-recognized operation is required
• Strong butchery skills and menu development experience
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about culinary innovation
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Previous island experience is considered an advantage
• Candidates must hold a valid USA, Canadian, or UK passport/visa to be considered.
