Director of Sales - Hybrid - Kildare

MLR are currently seeking a Director of Sales for a well-established 4-star hotel in Kildare, part of a leading hotel group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Sales Manager ready to progress into their first Director of Sales position, or for an existing Director of Sales seeking a fresh challenge.

You'll join a supportive leadership team with the opportunity to shape the hotel's commercial success while enjoying a positive working environment, hybrid working, and genuine long-term career progression.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering the hotel's sales strategy, driving corporate, leisure, group, meetings, and events business, while building strong client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in the continued growth and success of the property.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, passionate about hospitality, and enjoys winning new business while nurturing existing accounts.
