Job Title: General Manager – Events & Hospitality
Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits

My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation at a leading London events venue.

Delivering a busy programme of corporate events, conferences and private functions, you'll take ownership of operations, team leadership, client relationships and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of conferences, corporate events and hospitality
• Manage client relationships and event operations
• Oversee staffing, suppliers, logistics and venue standards
• Drive commercial performance, budgets and labour costs
• Ensure excellence in Health & Safety, compliance and service delivery
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

What You'll Bring

• Senior management experience in events, venues, hospitality or contract catering
• Strong operational and commercial leadership
• Excellent knowledge of event logistics and compliance
