An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join a unique and dynamic business with four diverse revenue streams.

This is a company focused on growth and innovation, spanning luxury PVT members clubs.

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, ready to unlock the full potential of this exceptional business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy
• Recruit, train and develop the sales and marketing team
• Guide the strategy for the online presence
• Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
• Prepare and present sales reports
• Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
• Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities
• Executing a digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition & retention

Skills & Experience:

• A proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve & exceed targets
• Experienced in creating sales & marketing campaigns from a luxury hospitality background
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
• A creative thinker 
• Confident, well-presented and highly professional
