Inside Sales Lead

Redline are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of our Basingstoke based Customers internal sales function, ensuring a seamless journey from quotation through to order fulfilment.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales support and team leadership, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Lead and support the Inside Sales team to achieve service and operational targets.


• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Build strong customer relationships, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally.


• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and produce reports to support business performance.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction and team performance.


• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an inside sales, customer service or sales operations leadership role.


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach.


• Experience using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
