Pay Rates: £16.85 - £21.09

Shift Pattern: Night Shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs in his own home.

You will provide person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, medication administration, mobility support, and following care plans for tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, and seizure management.

Our client enjoys spending time with his family, social interaction, and engaging sensory activities.

He benefits from familiar routines and gentle communication.

We are looking for carers with experience in:

· A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.

· Tracheostomy care and suctioning

· Seizure recognition

· Gastrostomy (PEG/J)

· Oxygen Therapy

All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver's license).
