I am hiring on behalf of an exclusive private members’ club in Amenia, New York, seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join its culinary team on a full-time, year-round basis.

The Sushi Chef will lead the sushi operation, creating innovative and high-quality menus using premium local and imported ingredients.

The role will oversee sushi preparation, menu development, inventory and food costs, quality control, and the training and development of the sushi team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in high-end sushi restaurants, with prior leadership experience in a luxury restaurant, resort, or private club environment.

Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary sushi preparation, seasonal ingredients, food safety, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
