We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of a thriving South London pub that successfully blends a bustling neighbourhood pub, boutique accommodation, quality dining, and private events under one roof.

The Role

• Lead all aspects of the business, including food, drink, accommodation and private events.
• Take full ownership of P&L performance, labour, GP and overall commercial success.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing management and front-of-house team.
• Drive occupancy, maximise event bookings and build strong relationships within the local community.
• Ensure exceptional standards across service, compliance and guest experience.

• An experienced General Manager with a background in high-volume pubs, gastro pubs or hospitality venues with rooms.
• Commercially focused with a proven track record of growing sales and delivering profit.
• Passionate about food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Comfortable managing a business with several income streams, including accommodation and functions.
