Role: Parts Manager
Salary: £35,000 -  £38,000
Location: Newton Abbot

Holt Recruitment are currently working with a well-established engineering business, looking to recruit an experienced Parts Manager to lead their parts operation and drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

The Role as Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Parts Department, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service while driving parts sales, managing stock and developing a high-performing team. 

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, motivating and developing the Parts Team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Driving parts sales growth and building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Managing stock levels, inventory control and minimising obsolete stock
- Working closely with the Service and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime
- Overseeing pricing, promotions and merchandising to maximise profitability
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

About You

- Previous experience managing a Parts Department or leading a Parts Team
- Background within engineering, agricultural, construction, commercial vehicle, automotive or a similar industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing stock, inventory and parts sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
