A leading care provider is seeking an experienced clinical Registered Manager to lead an established nursing home in Hampshire.

The role would suit a clinically qualified Registered Manager (RGN/RMN) with proven experience managing a nursing home, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional elderly and dementia care.

Person specification

• Registered Nurse (RN/RMN or RNLD) with full NMC registration
• Proven experience managing a nursing home environment, with responsibility for clinical and operational performance
• Recent CQC registration for a nursing home, with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.
• Current or previous management of a large (50+ bed) nursing home
• Confident leader with experience managing, motivating and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Full, unrestricted UK right to work (please note; visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
