Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits

I am working with a client who is looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of an exciting branded hotel in Belfast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hotel leader to drive operational excellence, develop talented teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences within a globally recognised hospitality environment.

Working alongside the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, strengthening service standards and creating a culture where colleagues and guests thrive.

About the Position

• Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the hotel
• Lead, coach and develop department heads and teams
• Drive guest satisfaction, operational standards and commercial performance
• Champion a positive, engaging workplace culture
• Provide confident leadership in the General Manager’s absence

The Successful Candidate

• Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel leader
• Background within a branded 4/5-star hotel environment
• Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge
• Passionate about people, service and delivering exceptional experiences
