Design Manager

A Facades Contractor is currently looking for a permanent Design Manager to lead design coordination and compliance management on high-risk building remedial projects in Essex.

Start Date: September
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40-hour week (4 days office / 1 day Work From Home)

Duties:

• Managing design coordination and compliance across live projects


• Overseeing BSR Gateway processes on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial works


• Fulfilling Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties

Requirements:

• Strong experience with BSR Gateway processes


• Experienced on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial projects


• Experience of Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
