Class 2 Driver/ Warehouse

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative with a valid HGV Class 2 licence for our client based in Horsham .

This is a primarily warehouse-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required.

You’ll support the transport team by covering delivery routes during holidays and absence, helping  maintain excellent service to customers .

The job will involve 



*              Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently


*              Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock


*              Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation


*              Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment


*              Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)


*              Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork


*              Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

The ideal candidate will posess the below .



*              Experience working in a busy warehouse environment


*              Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence


*              Flexible approach – happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required


*              Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude


*              Good understanding of health and safety practices


*              Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)
