Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality Business

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, working across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands and helping shape the next stage of the group's growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive guest engagement and support commercial performance.

Working closely with the Social, Digital, PR and Creative teams, you'll ensure campaigns are aligned, impactful and delivered to a consistently high standard.

This is a Head Office-based role, working five days a week alongside the wider leadership team.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years' experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role
• Comes from hospitality, restaurants, hotels or lifestyle brands
• Has a proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns
• Is commercially minded and confident analysing campaign performance and ROI
• Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Is highly organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership
• Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
