The Role

Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, with a particular focus on bar and floor operations.

You'll lead service from the front, inspire your team and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue.
• Take ownership of bar and floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Drive high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
• Manage busy service periods with confidence and professionalism.
• Assist with stock control, labour management and operational performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Support recruitment, training and ongoing team development.
• Ensure all health, safety and licensing procedures are followed.

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Supervisor in a busy hospitality environment.
• Strong bar and floor management experience.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with the team.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Calm under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude.
