A leading independent healthcare provider is seeking a Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN) to join their team in Essex.

This is an opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a specialist service, working alongside the Hospital Director and wider clinical team.

You’ll help drive high standards of care, support staff development and contribute to creating a safe, supportive environment for individuals with complex mental health needs and neurological conditions.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to develop your management experience, access ongoing training and be part of a respected healthcare organisation.

Person specification:

• BSc Mental Health Nursing/equivalent with full NMC registration
• Experience working at Clinical Lead/Unit Lead or Senior Nurse level within a mental health setting
• Confident leading a team, including junior nurses and non-clinical staff
• Previous responsibility for balancing budgets and developing strategies is advantageous
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work, please note visa sponsorship is not available for this role
