Operations Manager

Location: Mexico
Salary: $100,000–$130,000

Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its global presence.

They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.
• Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

• Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico.
• Oversee suppliers, 3PL partners, freight, and warehousing.
• Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets.
• Track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Support the brand's sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
