Vice President – Hospitality Operations

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Vice President of Hospitality Operations to lead the overall operational performance of a prestigious luxury hospitality group.

This is a senior executive role with responsibility for the full hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional standards across guest experience, service, people and performance.

The VP Hospitality Operations will have oversight across:

• Hospitality & property operations
• Food & Beverage and Culinary
• Spa & Wellness
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• IT and operational systems
• Guest experience and service standards
• Operational performance and commercial delivery
• Senior leadership and team development

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a VP, Regional General Manager, Group/Cluster GM or in a comparable senior operational leadership position
• A strong F&B-led hospitality background
• Proven experience within ultra-luxury hospitality
• Broad operational exposure across F&B, Culinary, Spa, H&S and other hospitality functions
• Strong commercial and P&L understanding
• A genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and luxury service
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to lead large, diverse teams
• GCC experience is highly desirable, although exceptional international candidates will be considered

Salary package: USD20-25k base salary plus full expat benefits
