We're partnered with a new, highly regarded upscale restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in service-led environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll play a key role in leading the floor, developing the team, and ensuring every service is executed to the highest standard.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, mentoring others, and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Dining Room Manager experience within an upscale, full-service restaurant
• Passion for hospitality – this is your career and want to grow!
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Hands-on management style with excellent floor presence
• Experience managing labour, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
• Calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
