We’re partnered with an exciting and growing hospitality company looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at one of their flagship Boston locations.

This is an elevated casual concept with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans across New England.

The restaurant is looking for a strong hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing teams, and helping drive operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current AGM or strong Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step with a company that values internal growth and development.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service or elevated casual environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Have had exposure to all parts of restaurant operations
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in where needed
