We're partnered with a well-established hospitality group looking for a Senior Assistant Manager to join one of their busy premium full-service restaurants in Pickering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader looking to take the next step with a company that values great hospitality, team development, and promoting from within.

You'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, lead service, and help build a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience within a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
• Hands-on management style with excellent floor presence
• Experience managing labour, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
