What We're Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience within elevated casual or upscale full-service restaurants
• An exceptional people leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing restaurant P&Ls
• Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor
• Ability to create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
