My client is looking for ambitious, caring, and motivated Psychology graduates to join its specialist team supporting autistic children through behaviour-based teaching and evidence-based interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups




  • Delivering behaviour-based teaching and support




  • Monitoring pupil progress




  • Following individualised curriculum plans




  • Preparing and delivering lessons




  • Supporting communication and life skills development




  • Participating in research and ongoing professional development




  • Supporting educational visits and activities




To be successful, you'll need:


  • A degree in Psychology (or be in your final year)




  • Experience working with children or people with disabilities through employment, volunteering, or personal experience




  • Confidence supporting children with complex needs




  • The ability to remain calm in challenging situations




  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude




  • A genuine commitment to learning and professional development




Working hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm


Tuesday: 8:45am-5:30pm


Friday: 8:45am-4:30pm


Part-time opportunities are also available, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
