We're conducting a confidential search for a polished, experienced General Manager to oversee a large-scale food service operation for a major account in the Birmingham area.

This is a high-profile, multi-outlet operation with significant event volume, premium hospitality spaces, and a large team.

The GM will have full P&L responsibility and oversee a substantial management and hourly workforce.

We're looking for a strong people leader who has experience building teams, improving culture, and stepping into operations to create meaningful change.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front, and making a real impact.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Multi-Unit GM leadership experience in a large-scale food & beverage operation – ideally Hotels, Entertainment Venues, or Corporate Food Service
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
• Experience leading large teams and developing management talent
• A track record of improving culture, retention, and operational performance
• Polished, professional, and highly confident working with senior stakeholders and clients
• Strong event, hospitality, stadium, arena, convention, or large-scale venue experience preferred
• Someone comfortable walking into an operation that needs leadership, structure, and continued culture-building
