Learning Disabilities Support Worker

A specialist residential children's home which supports young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs is looking to appoint a Support Worker for their fantastic home.


I am looking for job seekers who have experience working with children with additional needs.

This could be in a residential home, day centre, youth clubs, School or SEN service, play or activity groups or summer clubs.


If you love working with children and would like to have a huge impact on their lives in their own home setting this is for you.


You will be paid £30,824 starting salary along with excellent benefits and pay rises after probation.

The role will include working shifts which are 48 hour shifts, 2 on 3 off which will give you excellent work life balance.


If you have the following



  • Experience with children in a professional or voluntary capacity

  • Passion and real commitment to working with children

  • Emotional resilience and positive attitude

  • Commitment to work a shift pattern that will mean sacrificing weekends, bank holidays and public holidays, family time

Due to the nature of this role we do require drivers with their own vehicles and can't consider anyone who doesn't have a full driving license.
