TREATMENT COORDINATOR - NEWCASTLE

Full Time | 37.5 Hours OTE £45,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join a modern, fast-growing Dental business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and confidently supporting patients through important treatment decisions.

Combining patient care with a commercial mindset, you will play a key role in guiding individuals from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
•Build strong relationships with patients throughout their journey
•Discuss treatment options in a clear, professional and supportive manner
•Understand patient needs, concerns and motivations
•Support patients in making informed treatment decisions
•Liaise closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
•Follow up on treatment enquiries and maintain ongoing patient engagement
•Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every stage
•Contribute to practice growth through ethical and patient-focused sales

About You:
•Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, Consultative Sales or similar customer-facing role
•Ideally GDC registered with a dental nursing background, although relevant experience will also be considered
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Confident, professional and empathetic approach
•Commercially aware with experience discussing treatment or service options
•Highly organised with strong attention to detail
•Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
