We’re recruiting for a hands on IT Manager to join an established and growing multi-site hospitality business in London.

Reporting into the MD, this is a broad role with ownership of the day to day IT function across the head office and operational sites.

You will be the go to person for IT, supporting users while also taking responsibility for infrastructure, security, hardware, Microsoft 365 and technology projects.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on but also wants the autonomy to improve systems, processes and the wider IT setup of a growing business.

The role

• Take ownership of IT support across head office and multiple sites, managing hardware, Microsoft 365, AV, CCTV and 1st/2nd line support
• Manage IT infrastructure, network and cyber security, including backups, disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Lead on new technology and system implementations, supporting upgrades, new site openings, software solutions and third-party IT providers
• Manage IT budgets, suppliers, licences and assets, while supporting GDPR, data protection and web domain security

Experience:

• Previous experience in an IT Manager, IT Support Manager or similar hands on technology role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure
• Comfortable providing both 1st and 2nd line support
• Good understanding of network security, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity
• Experience managing IT suppliers, licences and third party support partners
• Confident supporting technology projects and new system implementations
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously
• Experience within a multi-site hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer business would be a strong advantage
