Assistant Site Manager

A leading architectural metalwork and staircase specialist is currently looking for a contract Assistant Site Manager to oversee feature staircase installation and manage day-to-day delivery on a major campus project in Oxfordshire.

Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £250 - £280 per day
Contract: 4 - 5 months
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Parking: Available on site

Duties:

• Overseeing staircase installation works on site


• Managing snagging through to sign-off


• Producing weekly packs and site reporting


• Preparing and reviewing method statements


• Coordinating site logistics


• Data scope work


• Supervising a team of 10 operatives, reporting into the Site Manager

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Essential)


• First Aid (Preferred)
