General Manager - Contract Catering - Leicestershire - £38,000-£40,000

We're recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a busy Contract Catering operation in Leicestershire, supporting a major long-term project.

This is a fantastic Monday-to-Friday opportunity to take full ownership of a high-volume catering operation serving around 500 customers daily, with excellent stability and genuine career progression.

The Operation

• Major long-term project.
• Around 500 customers daily.
• Team of 6-8 on site.
• Fresh breakfast and lunch service.
• Daily menus and Grab & Go.

• Client-facing environment with plenty of ownership.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day catering operation.
• Manage and develop the site team.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage budgets, labour and food costs.
• Drive sales, service and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver site engagement and food initiatives.

About You

• General Manager or experienced Catering Manager.
• Contract Catering or B&I background.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Confident managing client relationships.
• Hands-on, organised and reliable.
