We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and growing Bodyshop group in the Wednesbury area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an established team with plenty of work and the chance to significantly boost their earnings through an uncapped bonus scheme.

 

🔧 The Role

As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating body alignment jigs
- Carrying out panel straightening and repairs
- Panel replacement and structural repairs
- Welding and bonding vehicle structures
- Removing and replacing complete body shells where required
- Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs
- Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures

 

👨‍🔧 What We’re Looking For

- Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in accident repair
- Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
- ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
- Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs
- A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship
