Working closely with our Co-Founders and wider team, you'll help develop new business opportunities, strengthen our network and grow our pipeline.

As this is a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape your own approach and make a visible impact on the business.

Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and generating opportunities that align with Carnegie's expertise and growth ambitions.

  • Confidence with cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
  • Experience in construction, property or related sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
