£13.50 per hour + £70 per sleep-in

Your Responsibilities

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Encourage independence and positive choices




  • Participate in activities and community experiences




  • Support education and appointments




  • Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures




  • Maintain accurate records




  • Work collaboratively with colleagues




  • Complete sleep-in duties
