We are working with a fast growing, premium hospitality led business that is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join them on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is a hands on role supporting the business through an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of recruitment across a broad range of head office and operational positions.

The role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Support recruitment processes, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer brand
• Work at pace within a growing, entrepreneurial and people-focused environment

Experience:

• Proven experience as an internal Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition Partner
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience within hospitality, property, flexible workspace, leisure or another fast-paced multi-site business would be highly advantageous
• Commercial, proactive and able to hit the ground running
