We’re working with a growing hospitality group with a mix of restaurants, bars, events, and hotel operations across New York.

They’re looking for a Head of Human Resources to take ownership of the people function and be a key partner to the leadership team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be close to the teams, supporting managers, solving people challenges, and helping create a great workplace as the business continues to grow.

About You

• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality or a multi-unit environment.
• Experience leading HR and supporting large hourly teams.
• Hands-on experience with Paycom is required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, performance, and team development.
• A people-focused, approachable leader who is comfortable getting stuck in and working at all levels of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on HR across the group and support the team as the business grows.
• Work closely with GMs and leadership on employee relations, performance, retention, and development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and employee engagement.
• Keep HR policies and processes running smoothly and ensure the business stays compliant.
• Support and coach managers while helping build a positive, consistent company culture.
