Therapeutic Support Worker- Children - Full Training Provided



The role requires full commitment and involves long shifts, overnight sleep-ins, weekends and working as part of a dedicated team to ensure young people receive consistent care and support.

Do you have:




  • Experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge




  • Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes




  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or willingness to complete




  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays




  • Driving licence and vehicle - essential
