General Manager – Surbiton – Lively Sports Pub - £45,000 + Bonus + Live-In

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to take the reins at a popular community pub in Surbiton.

This is a lively, well-established venue with a strong local following, offering great drinks, live sport, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere.

We need a hands-on operator who can lead from the front, engage with the local community and continue driving the business forward.

The role:

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation
• Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team
• Drive sales, events and local engagement
• Manage labour, stock, budgets and profitability
• Maintain excellent standards of service and presentation
• Build a fun, positive and people-focused culture

About you:

• An experienced General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• A natural host who enjoys being visible and engaging with guests
• Commercially aware with good control of costs and margins
• Confident managing a busy, community-focused pub
• Passionate about live sport, entertainment and creating memorable experiences
• Comfortable working closely with the local community

The package:

• £45,000 salary
