We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team supports children with physical or learning disabilities and their families.

This team will be responsibile for caring out care plans, undertaking legislative assessments and working in partnership with other services as well as the families.

In this role the team will also attend IPCP meeting sessions.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.

The ability to complete court work and protect the children is essential in this role.

Extensive assessment work, long term work and CWD experience is part of the role.

Experience with children with disabilities will benefit you.
