We’re partnered with an exciting new restaurant opening in Burnaby that’s bringing even more personality to the neighbourhood.

Think proper pub by day, lounge after dark.

A place where the food matters, the pints are poured properly, the right game is always on, and the music is part of the experience.

We’re looking for a strong General Manager to help bring the concept to life and build an amazing team from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the restaurant through opening and into day-to-day operations
• Build, train and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Create a service culture that feels genuine, energetic and hospitality-driven
• Drive sales, guest experience and overall restaurant performance
• Oversee scheduling, labour, inventory and daily financial performance
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure food and beverage standards are consistently delivered
• Help establish the culture, systems and standards that will define the restaurant

What We’re Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience
• Strong full-service restaurant, pub, bar or lounge experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labour and operations
• A natural leader who is comfortable being hands-on
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a genuine interest in the product
• Someone who understands that atmosphere, music, sport and hospitality are all part of the experience
• Opening experience is an asset, but not required
