Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in London


Paying between £35,000-45,000, depending on experience



Our client is a growing Managed Services Provider investing heavily in AI, automation and business transformation.

They are seeking an ambitious AI & Automation Analyst to join their team and play a key role in developing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve service delivery and create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing and enhancing internal AI and automation tools

  • Building and maintaining automation scripts across business-critical platforms

  • Creating integrations between systems using APIs and automation technologies

  • Analysing, cleansing and reconciling data from multiple sources

  • Developing dashboards and reports to support operational and commercial decision-making

  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation

  • Working with technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude and Microsoft Foundry

  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects

  • Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation

  • Measuring and reporting on the business benefits delivered by automation initiatives



Requirements



  • Degree in Computer Science, Data, AI, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365

  • Experience with Python and/or PowerShell

  • Exposure to data analysis and reporting

  • Experience using Power BI

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations and automation concepts

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging technologies



Desirable Skills



  • Exposure to N-able, ConnectWise or Halo

  • Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph and the Power Platform

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or other AI technologies

  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON

  • Awareness of data security and governance best practices

  • Previous experience within an MSP or IT services environment

  • Experience building automation workflows or AI-powered solutions
