HR Adviser

We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious client based in West Bromwich .

The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role .

The role would require you to work primary at West Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion -(A pool car will be available for this )

Must be able to drive 

Summary of duties are below along with level of experience 

Summary of Tasks:

- Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, these will extensively include Absence Mgt, Grievance, Disciplinary  etc
- Supporting with Recruitment, Interviews and Onboarding
- System processing employment changes
- Coordinate and attend trade union meetings

 
 
Level of Experience:

- Experienced at interim type work and able to hit ground running quickly
- Experienced Employee Relations Advisor
- Trade Union experience is ideal, however not essential
- Flexible to work additional hours if needed
- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Converse with varying level of the organisation
