An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Conveyancer to join a well-established company offering estate agency, letting, legal, and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling, and property management.

As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Conveyancer, you will assist a solicitor with day-to-day residential conveyancing matters, supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.

This role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) and benefits.

Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Fee earner or Assistant Solicitor may also be considered for this role.

The candidates from the following background will be considered:



* Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, Conveyancer, Conveyancing Paralegal, Paralegal, Conveyancing Assistant, legal assistant, or in a similar role


What we are looking for:



* At least 2 years of experience within residential conveyancing in Scotland


* Strong practical knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation


* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with accuracy under pressure


* A proactive and organised approach to workload management
