District Manager – Premium Operations

Must be based in: San Diego, CA | Las Vegas, NV | Phoenix, AZ | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

$150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium operations across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong multi-unit operator who knows how to develop great teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and build trusted relationships with high-profile clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading site-level leaders, driving operational performance, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across a premium portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have strong multi-unit operations experience
• Contract foodservice experience
• Premium, luxury, hospitality, corporate dining, or high-end service experience
• Strong people leader with a focus on coaching and development
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Polished, professional presence
• Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational governance
• Comfortable managing financials, labor, KPIs, and high-volume operations
• Willing and able to travel
