This role would suit an experienced Global Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

As Global Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of the company's international marketing strategy, ensuring marketing activity supports brand growth, customer acquisition and wider commercial objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Product and Senior Leadership, you will:

• Create and deliver global marketing strategies across multiple regions and customer markets.


• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, communications and demand generation.


• Plan and execute international product launches from initial positioning through to market delivery.


• Build a clear and consistent global brand while adapting campaigns for individual territories.


• Partner with Sales to generate high-quality opportunities and support commercial growth.


• Use performance data and market insight to improve campaigns, increase engagement and demonstrate ROI.


• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and external creative partners.


• Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends and areas for further brand growth.


• Provide clear reporting and recommendations to the senior leadership team.


• Help develop the wider marketing function as the business continues to expand.

THE PERSON:

We're looking for a Global Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or Marketing Communications Manager with:

• Experience leading marketing activity across international or multi-territory markets.


• A strong track record of developing and delivering commercially focused marketing strategies.


• Broad expertise across digital marketing, brand development, content, communications and demand generation.


• Experience managing successful international campaigns and product launches.


• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with Sales, Product and Executive teams.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn marketing data into clear commercial decisions.


• Experience managing sizeable budgets, agencies and external partners.


• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.


• A proactive approach with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and delivery.
